We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, managing multi-channel social media presence, creating engaging digital content, and collaborating with influencers and vendors to support brand growth and customer engagement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and promotional calendars<\/li>
  • Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), etc.<\/li>
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance based on insights and KPIs<\/li>
  • Design visuals and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop<\/li>
  • Produce and edit short-form videos for campaigns and social engagement<\/li>
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators for branded partnerships<\/li>
  • Manage and update website content in coordination with the web and product teams<\/li>
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for marketing collaterals (e.g., banners, flyers, merchandise)<\/li>
  • Utilize CRM tools to support lead management, campaign segmentation, and customer engagement<\/li>
  • Track campaign results and provide performance reports and actionable recommendations<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Qualifications<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field<\/li>
    • 2\u20134 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution<\/li>
    • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, RedNote)<\/li>
    • Proficiency in:
      • Design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop<\/li>
      • Video editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar<\/li>
      • CRM platforms: HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
        • Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills<\/li>
        • Excellent organizational and project management abilities<\/li>
        • Experience working with external vendors\/suppliers for marketing material production<\/li>
        • Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage, especially for managing XHS content)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
