The Summary Listing of Sales and Purchases also known as SLSP is one of the documentary requirements that the BIR requires all VAT-registered taxpayer to submit as an attachment to their VAT return.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

WHO MUST FILE?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

All VAT taxpayers with a total of quarterly sales or receipts exceeding \u20b12,500,000.00 are obliged to submit quarterly summary list of sales. Whereas those with a total of quarterly purchases exceeding \u20b11,000,000.00 are required to submit quarterly summary list of purchases.\u00a0

WHEN TO FILE SLSP?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

BIR<\/a> requires all VAT-registered taxpayers to submit the Summary Listing of Sales and Purchases (SLSP) on a quarterly basis not later than the 25th<\/sup> day after the end of each quarter.<\/span><\/p>

      Summary List of Purchases (SLP)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

        1. BIR Registered Name of the Supplier<\/span><\/li>
        2. TIN of the Seller<\/span><\/li>
        3. Nature of Purchase<\/span><\/li>
        4. Amount of Purchase<\/span><\/li>
        5. Creditable Input VAT and\/or Non-creditable Input-VAT
