Next, add your vaccination dose details.
Double check the details entered before proceeding.
You will then be asked to type a CAPTCHA like the one shown below.
You will then be informed if they found your record or not.
By clicking the generate vaccination certificate, you will be given the more detailed records.
Download the certificate, save and print the PDF copy and use it for the purpose you intended to when applying.
