Your system will not be changed, retired, or discontinued, and you can continue using QNE AI Cloud Accounting as part of your existing BIR CAS-approved setup.
I am a non-CAS Registered Company. Can I Still Continue Using QNE AI Cloud Accounting After July 16, 2026?
No. Non-CAS registered companies will be included in the N3 AI Accounting Migration beginning July 16, 2026. Eligible users will be transitioned from QNE AI Cloud Accounting to N3 AI Accounting to access enhanced AI-powered features, improved automation, and a modernized accounting experience.
Will QNE AI Cloud Accounting still receive updates and support?
Yes. QNE AI Cloud Accounting will remain fully supported for CAS-registered companies after July 16, 2026.
QNE AI Cloud Accounting will continue to receive compliance updates, security enhancements, system maintenance, and technical support for businesses operating under a BIR CAS-approved setup.
Will I ever be able to move to N3 AI Accounting?

If I am CAS Registered, can I migrate to N3 AI Accounting?
Yes. CAS-registered companies can apply for N3 AI Accounting. However, a new BIR CAS application is required because N3 AI Accounting is a separate registered accounting system.
