Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering software demonstrations, providing consultancy to clients, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities
  • Deliver professional consultancy services to clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Execute effective sales strategies and scripts, including gathering and analyzing customer requirements
  • Stay informed and updated on all products, services, and industry trends
  • Promote and upsell additional products and services to meet client needs
  • Achieve sales targets and monthly performance quotas through consistent sales activities
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation efforts and client documentation
  • Manage post-sales support and respond promptly to customer inquiries

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients effectively
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and solutions (training will be provided)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
