Geran Digital PMKS Madani 2025 is an initiative designed to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in adopting digital solutions to enhance business efficiency, streamline operations, and increase profitability.
Who Can Qualify for the 50% MSME Digitalization Grant?
MSMEs/Cooperatives must be at least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens
Must have an annual turnover of an average of at least RM50,000
The company should be operating for at least six months .
Must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) / Local Authorities (PBT) or Malaysia Co- operative Societies Commission (SKM).
MSMEs and Cooperatives that have not received any previous Digitalization Matching Grants.
Copy of identity card OR passport of director(s)/ partner(s)/proprietor(s), whichever is applicable.
Business registration documents/SSM business profile/SKM registration docs.
Latest audited accounts, management accounts, OR latest two-month bank statements.
Invoice or quotation issued by Digitalization Partners.
How to Apply for the Digital Grant?

Application & Selection
MSMEs/cooperatives can apply for the grant through our online portal, selecting the digital services they need from our Digitalisation Partners (DP). The grant is open to MSMEs/cooperatives meeting specific eligibility criteria.

Approval Process
Funding Societies will review applications. Approved MSMEs/cooperatives will be notified and must make a balance payment for the selected services within a 14-day period via a specific payment link.

Payment & Service Delivery
Upon payment, the chosen DPs will deliver the digital services to the MSMEs/cooperatives. The grant covers 50% of the invoiced amount or up to RM5,000.00.

Claim & Disbursement
Once services are delivered, DPs are to submit a claim form with proof of delivery. Upon approval, 50% of the total invoice amount (or up to RM5,000.00) will be disbursed to the DPs.

The grant covers 50% of the invoiced amount or up to RM5,000. In cases where additional support is needed, businesses can reach out to our customer service team for guidance. Once services are delivered, DPs submit a claim form with proof of delivery. The final disbursement will be processed after the claim is validated to ensure compliance with grant requirements. Upon approval, 50% of the total invoice amount (or up to RM5,000) will be disbursed to the DPs.
