Does our legal department need to sign off on this initial demo registration?
No. Registering for a briefing or filling out the onboarding form is completely non-binding and acts as a statement of mutual intent to coordinate the complimentary workshops. A formal, board-reviewed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is only required if the university later decides to permanently integrate the platform as a 12-month course license.
