All QNE AI Cloud Accounting plans include full integration with the LHDN MyInvois system. This feature allows you to validate, issue, and manage e-Invoices directly from your QNE account in compliance with Malaysia’s e-Invoicing requirements.
What does “Concurrent Users” mean?
Concurrent users refer to the number of people who can use the system at the same time. For example, the Prime Plan allows 2 active users plus 1 additional slot for your QNE Certified Accountant Partner. You can still register unlimited users, but only the allowed number can log in simultaneously.
What is Quinny AI and how does it help?
Quinny AI is your built-in accounting assistant in QNE AI Cloud Accounting. It can answer inquiries, assist in data searches, and simplify accounting processes through smart suggestions and quick access to system information.
What is QuickScan OCR?
QuickScan allows you to upload receipts, invoices, and bills via WhatsApp or the web. It uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to automatically extract data and convert it into accounting entries—saving time and reducing manual encoding errors.
What happens when I exceed my OCR credits?
Each plan includes 200 OCR credits per month. If you reach your limit, you can purchase additional credits as an add-on anytime without upgrading your plan.
Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade from Prime to Essential or Professional anytime. All your data and settings remain intact during the upgrade—no migration or reinstallation required.
Do I need to install anything to use QNE AI Cloud Accounting?
No, QNE AI Cloud Accounting is a fully web-based platform. You can access it anywhere, anytime, using your browser or mobile device.
